What you need
- Vanilla vodka40 ml
- Passion fruit liqueur20 ml
- Passion fruit purée30 ml
- Fresh lime juice15 ml
- Sugar syrup10 ml
- Prosecco50 ml
Make it
- Shake everything except prosecco hard with ice.
- Fine-strain into a chilled coupe.
- Serve the prosecco in a small glass alongside.
