Old Fashioned

What you need

• Bourbon or rye60 ml
• Sugar syrup10 ml
• Angostura bitters3 dashes

Make it

1. Add syrup, bitters and whisky to an ice-filled glass.
2. Stir for 20 seconds until chilled and lightly diluted.
3. Express the orange peel over the drink and drop it in.
